Kimchi Fried Quinoa

Here goes another healthy, easy and yummy meal idea😘 Using Hugonic organic white quinoa in this recipe and it taste amazing😍 I steamed it for 25mins and it came out soft and fluffy😋

Ingredients
    Main Ingredients
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Kimchi
  • 2/3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 3 tbsp Kimchi Juice
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
  1. Steam quinoa with water for 25 minutes.
  2. Stir olive oil, cloves garlic, kimchi, gochujang, kimchi juice, quinoa and water if needed in a pan.
  3. Top with fried egg and sesame oil.
  4. Sprinkle white sesame seeds and green onion.
