Sushi quinoa bowl 🍣 reminds me of poké! Aka my fave food ever ❤️ Here I use Hugonic white quinoa in replacement of rice! 🤓

Instructions

Rinse quinoa and drain.

Add water, soy sauce, rice vinegar and quinoa in a rice cooker and cook for 15-20 mins or until the rice cooker changes to keep warm.

Marinade prawns using all the ingredients listed and mix well.

Pan fry with oil until cooked through.

Add quinoa in a bowl. Top with vegetables: cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes. Add cooked prawn.

Drizzle with sriracha and mayo.

Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
