Instructions
- Rinse quinoa and drain.
- Add water, soy sauce, rice vinegar and quinoa in a rice cooker and cook for 15-20 mins or until the rice cooker changes to keep warm.
- Marinade prawns using all the ingredients listed and mix well.
- Pan fry with oil until cooked through.
- Add quinoa in a bowl. Top with vegetables: cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes. Add cooked prawn.
- Drizzle with sriracha and mayo.
- Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
