Sushi quinoa bowl 🍣 reminds me of poké! Aka my fave food ever ❤️ Here I use Hugonic white quinoa in replacement of rice! 🤓

A cup of quinoa actually provides you with 2x the protein + 5 grams more fiber than the same amount of white rice! 😱 Quinoa is not only the healthier choice, but will also fill you up faster so you can have lesser! 🥰🥳

  • Rinse quinoa and drain.
  • Add water, soy sauce, rice vinegar and quinoa in a rice cooker and cook for 15-20 mins or until the rice cooker changes to keep warm.
  • Marinade prawns using all the ingredients listed and mix well.
  • Pan fry with oil until cooked through.
  • Add quinoa in a bowl. Top with vegetables: cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes. Add cooked prawn.
  • Drizzle with sriracha and mayo.
  • Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
